[Neuropostdocs] News items

[Sam Beshers]

I'd like to begin a tradition of sharing good news around the 
program.  Already in the short time I've been with NSP, several 
people have defended their theses, passed Qual or Prelim exams, or 
won awards, and it's always nice to know who's doing well.

Herewith the first item:

He Cui, a graduate student with Joe Malpeli, has received an Eli 
Lilly Travel Award to attend the Society for Neuroscience meeting in 
Orlando.  He was one of 34 students nationwide to receive this award!
