NSP Members --

The NSP Open House would be happy to have any poster you would like to
show that features your research in neuroscience. There is no need to
make a fresh poster for Open House. Of course, posters made up specifically
for Open House that advertise the work of a particular lab would be most
welcome and would be an effective recruiting tool, but it is by no means
necessary to make up a new poster for Open House. A poster you made for a
recent conference will do just fine.

Posters should fit within a space that is 56 inches wide and 45 inches
high. About 30% of the poster mounts can accomodate posters that are 93
inches wide, so if you have a wider poster and get to the BI early on
Saturday morning (3/2) then you can get one of the wider poster mounts.

All posters shown at NSP Open House must have an abstract listed in the
NSP Open House booklet. To include a poster in the session it is necessary
to submit an abstract to Elissa Chesler <echesler@s.psych.uiuc.edu> by
Wednesday, February 20. The abstracts should be Word documents, or text,
and should be PC-compatible. Include the title, authors (use an * to
highlight the presenting author), Department or Program affiliation, and
abstract text. Please limit abstract text to one page or less. Abstracts
of posters from previous conferences are acceptable.

Please let me know if you have further questions regarding posters,
abstracts, or any other matter related to NSP Open House.

We look forward to your participation.
