-1280x720 (or approx. aspect ratio, must be landscape orientation)
-72dpi resolution
-jpeg
-less than 2mb size

The fine print:  Photos should be either yours, or you have permission to use them.  Photos can be from cover images, lab photos, poster images, recent or past publications, and other sources that you may have so long as they are yours or you can give permission to post.  Photos should be reflective of your lab, the research done here at the University, works that you have published, and/or images one would be proud to share with colleagues, friends, and peers.  If you feel you cannot limit your choices to only 3 photos, please contact us and let us know in advance how many photos you will be sharing so we will be prepared for them.  No one will be turned away for "too many" photos.
